OUR RETURNS PROCEDURE WAS UPDATED AS 14/04/2025 ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS DATE ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. PLEASE READ BELOW; 

Returned orders must arrive back to us within 28 days of the order date in the original condition they were sold (no signs of wear/makeup/tags attached)

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU RECEIVE A DOUBLE UP OR A GIFT IN YOUR ORDER EVERYTHING WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED WHEN RETURNING OR YOUR REFUND WILL BE REJECTED

**ALL MYSTERY BASED LIVE ORDERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IN EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT**

**ANY SWIMWEAR ITEMS & ITEMS FROM OUR £2/3 SALE LIVES ARE NON-RETURNABLE**

Customers are responsible for sorting the return delivery. You MUST include the following information in your return parcel to be eligible for a refund;

FULL NAME;

ADDRESS;

ORDER NUMBER;

This information can be either written or printed on a piece of paper. Failure to include this information will mean we are unable to locate your order and therefore unable to refund you.
