Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is as follows;

1, All orders placed on one of our TikTok Livestreams for a physical product (clothing, shoes etc) will be dispatched within 24 hours using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri 3-5 day service. 

2, Orders placed for our wholesale boxes will always be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or sometimes DPD next day delivery depending on the weight of the parcel. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day unless for circumstances out of our control. Weekend orders may be dispatched on Saturday depending on what time the order was placed and if not they will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

3, Refund requests or chargebacks - always ensure you contact us first and we will always offer a solution for you. Fraudulent or incorrect chargebacks will always be contested and you may face legal action. 

4, If you have not received your tracking number via email within 24-48 hours after purchase please contact us and we can provide this for you.
